The research revealed that 24% use their phones for video calls. 17% dial into meetings, 50% answer emails and 14% work with spreadsheets.
Of those surveyed, 70% reported that they have at least one work-based app on their phone. Nearly a sixth of workers reported an increase in time spent working on their phones since the pandemic.
Those aged 18-34 spend an average of an hour and 42 minutes a day working from their phone compared to 30 minutes a day from those over 55’s.
